Welcome to the Approach Guides service (the “Service”), operated by Approach Guides, LLC (“Approach Guides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• purchase ads that direct to the Service that compete with Approach Guides’ or its partners’ own advertising, including, but not limited to, branded keywords, without prior permission.

PARTNER AND THIRD-PARTY USE

The Service may be accessed, embedded, or distributed through third-party partners (such as agencies, consortia, platforms, or other organizations).

While we enable these integrations, those third parties are responsible for how they use the Service, how they provide access to others, and for ensuring their use complies with applicable law and their own policies.

OUTREACH AND MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Approach Guides does not review, verify, or endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

User Content does not reflect the views or endorsement of Approach Guides.

If you modify, adapt, personalize or create derivative works from any content made available through the Service, you are solely responsible for such modifications and any resulting content, including its accuracy, legality and compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Any content generated, modified or suggested through automated or AI-assisted features is provided for convenience only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating such content before use.

ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep the Service accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will be complete, accurate, or current.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where prohibited by law.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Approach Guides and its affiliates, partners, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Certain provisions (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination of this Agreement.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis only in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court where appropriate.

GENERAL

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transaction.
